Freight Sales CoordinatorWarwickshire, £20,000 - £27,000

Our client is expanding its operations and has a new opening for a Sales Coordinator to be based at its office in the West Midlands. The role will focus on researching opportunities to develop business in road freight groupage activities within our client’s target markets and providing qualified leads for the sales and tele-sales teams to follow up on and convert. Some telephone marketing will also be conducted. The successful candidate will have good written and verbal communication skills and enjoy working in a team environment in a busy and developing company. Previous experience of road transport operations will be desirable as well as a background in customer services or sales. Commutable from Warwick, Leamington, Stratford-upon-Avon, Coventry, Rugby.

Operations Clerk – Airfreight, £21,000

Our client is currently recruiting for an experience Air Freight Operations Clerk to be based at their offices. You will be required to carry out all operational tasks on a day to day basis which will include: • NES entries • Hawb/Mawb • Shipment bookings • Arranging collections • Quotations • Handling queries/problem solving • Imports/exports • Invoicing You will have good communication skills as you will be liaising with customers and you will be able to work well under pressure as this will be a very demanding role! Languages would be a distinct advantage although not essential. Flexibility required to work nights/earlies/lates
